Inexpensive, Unexpected Fashion

variedstyle1Hi, I’m Jill. And welcome to my new endeavor, blogging! I must admit, I’ve only ever had one blog and it was more random than I could even begin to categorize. This time around, I have a narrower focus in mind: blogging about one of my passions – fashion.
I’ve always loved fashion: the clothes, accessories, the ever-revolving and new-fangled trends, the colors, the textures, the cuts. As much as I love fashion, I also love a good deal. Many times, fashion and frugality are unrelated terms. You want to be on trend? You want to be in style? Then it’s time to spend that $$$. Not if you’re me. I was raised to thrill in the discovery of a bargain, and to share that good fashion fortune with others. Usually the conversation goes as such: “Jill, I love your shirt!” “Thank you. I got it for $3.86 at Goodwill.” Yes, right down to the change. (Thanks for passing that over-sharing trait down, Dad!)
I’ve learned to collect my fashion pieces from various sources. From Target to the mall to thrift stores, to my new venture of online stylists, I’ve found cute (even name brand!) style can be found in the most discounted of places. There’s no need to have an empty wallet to have a full wardrobe! So, I hope you’ll join me as I share my fashion finds and hopefully inspire you to have some of your own!
